How long does my order take to ship?

All packages are sent via Australia post and have a flat $10 shipping fee for orders under $99. All orders over $100 are free shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. Peak periods such as Mothers Day & Christmas may incur longer processing & delays may be longer due to high demand and public holidays. Please be aware Australia post may be experiencing delays beyond my control. Free delivery or pick-up can be arranged locally at a time to suit both parties.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

No refunds will be given for change of mind. Once your order has been fulfilled we are unable to make any changes. We take care to package your products in a manner to ensure they arrive safely to you. No responsibility will be taken for items damaged during transit, this will need to be addressed with the delivery service designated for your order. If an incorrect address is given at the checkout , it is your (the customer) responsibility to rectify the issue and locate your parcel. Refunds or replacements will not be given for wrong address given at the time of checkout. Refunds will only apply to products that are deemed to be faulty. Please contact us to arrange shipping back. We will email you once your order has been received. We will also email you with a decision of the outcome. If the product is deemed to be faulty a refund will be processed and applied to your method of payment. If the product was given to you as a gift then a store credit for the amount of purchase will be given. You will be responsible for your own shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable
